If you don’t see the pending show up in the reports or Bird’s Eye View, please check the deal’s status and make sure you set it to Open - Pending. Please follow the steps below to check the deal‘s status and change it to Open – Pending.
- Navigate to Deals on the top of your screen
- On your left, click the account name that has unseen deal associated to it
- On your right, please select unseen deal’s name in the deal name drop down list
- Click Pencil icon, in front the Deal Name‘s drop down list
- Change the deal’s status to Open – Pending
- Click Save
